If you read that book once upon a time in Compton those cops say an unnamed nutty block crip was an informant. Lets look at what we know: E.D.I. is the one who saw the beefy arm shoot Pac. Orlando got jumped that night and already had a shoulder that would dislocate. It was said his shoulder got dislocated that night and he put it in a sling that he carried with him. Freaky Drae was in the back left seat, and the shots went to the left as Suge's car was there. Orlando was in the back right seat. Keefe D said he told Drae to shoot..and Drae declined. Something that as I understand, their gang would greatly disapprove of. Suge always said Orlando wasn't the shooter. For Orlando to have shot and got his arm out the window, he'd had to have reached over Drae, who was fat, and nearly get in a swimmer's position to do it. No matter if the gun hand was the dislocated shoulder one or not, it would be a great strain for him to do that. So I believe Drae was the shooter.
