No, in 5e dnd lore only druids of 18 lvl and higher can get the timeless body, and slows your aging 10 times, but it doesn't make you immortal, so unless Isobel would stop being Selune's cleric she can't get that feature

Aylin is a half God, so she can probably just visit Isolde in the plain she dies on

Isobel is a cleric of Selune, so when she dies her soul will be sent by the Raven Queen to Selune’s realm, so Aylin will be able to visit her there anyway.
