Is the battery detachable? How do I charge it after taking it home? Hu. Motor is vulnerable to submersion in monsoon. Any clarification on this please.

Yes its detachable,The lithium-ion battery used in BGauss is removable and can be charged at a regular 5A socket. All you have to do is plug the charger directly into the power outlet first and then into your e-scooters charging port.

I don't know why , but motorbeam has always been biased towards bgauss. I mean there is no charging safety mechanism , the charger can be stolen while charging because there is no locking mechanism like aether etc

They are modifying the connector to L shape to lock the seat during charging time. To keep maximum under seat storege.. This charging port kept at this place. Thief can stole even entire scooter also not only charger. I think your not against bgauss.. Just sharing your thought is that true.!!!.

Ampere is a greaves subsidiary which has a lot more experience in manufacturing electric components compared to this bgauss . Please consider brand reputation as well because fire hazards are getting a lot more frequent.

The Bgauss company provide worst service to the customer. Maine 24-October-2023 ko is model ka bike kharida tha. Kharidne ke 15 din baad piched ka tyre jaam ho gaya. Service center me thik karne ke liye diya, to 4 baar customer care se follow up lene ke baad 1 mahine baad thik kar ke mila. Abhi Janury 2024 me uska battery kharab ho gaya, Battery replacement ko de ke 15 din ho gaye. Magar abhi tak abhi tak battery replace karke mili nahi. "Paisa Barbaad Bhailog". Jab se bike liya hai aadhe se jyada din to bike repairing ke liye service center me hi padhi rehti hai.
