Nice! This is the best drone tour, crisp & clear. Sir, I thought this BGC drone tour is for the whole BGC or Fort Bonifacio, but this drone tour is missing Uptown Bonifacio North BGC, where the Grand Hyatt, the tallest skyscraper in PH is. Uptown area is teeming with skyscrapers & green parks & a football field. But maybe BGC part 2 is in the works? It would be nice if this stunning drone tour covers the whole BGC.

Freddie Tiñga is the assistant Vice President for business development of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp from (1995 until 1999) and Ayala knows that the original layout and design is from the urban planners from HK and UK. Ayala just followed the sketch plan sample when they masterplaned BGC. I know Ayala made some revisions in the original masterplan but it's clear that they should also give credits to the urban planners who made the original masterplan. there's a video on yt. you want to see? all is documented!

@@charliesue8197 FBDC (55% Ayala) significantly made revisions in the original master plan such as the replacement of the original concentric street network in BGC’s city centre with a grid-based system. Starting 2007, FCDC also prioritised development of a kilometer-long retail and lifestyle boulevard that would feature brand stores and food and beverage outlets set in a vibrant park with interactive artworks, more popularly known as Bonifacio High Street. Hence, the BGC we know now is by AYALA already.

Basta LGU namahala ng urban development asahan mo na bulok at puro kurapsyon lang alam. Salamat sa mga private sectors like Ayalas, Megaworld, etc. Without them, wala tayo mapagmamalaki na world class city.

Naluma ang Makati CBD.. Hindi kasi napagplanuhan ang road system sa Makati CBD.. Kung hindi sama car centric ang Makati, eh d sana hindi kayindi amg traffic st pagsakay sa public bus. nung I ag grad ko ng college in 2004, iniiwasan ko mag work sa Makati, kasi sobrang hirap sumakay pag rush hour. Malalaking company ang kumuha sa akin, that time 35-40k ang offer sa akin, 1 week lang ang pinaka matagal ko.. para kong binubog sa pagod pag sakay palang
