𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘆:
"𝗨𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮", A Macedonian Roma song about the moment during wedding ceremony when the bride's dowry, the cheiz, is brought out of her house. It can accompany the Rom dance Cocek.
Song made famous by 𝗞𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗢𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿.
"𝗗𝗷𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗗𝗷𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺" ("Đelem, đelem")... This song is a tribute to one of the greatest Romani songs, sung by some of the greatest singers of all times. In some way , it is our inspiration for entering into the mystical world of the gipsies.
Lyrics are written by Žarko Jovanović in Romani language, in the year 1949, but the melody already existed among Romani people of Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. Some say that the original melody was of a love song and that it was known during the twenties of the last century and that Žarko Jovanović adopted it and wrote lyrics of his own dedicated to Roma people. It tells about the atrocities they suffered during World War II, and about the rise of Roma people that is about to come. It was adopted as the 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 at the first world congress of Roma people in 1971 in London.

Sandra is amazing singer , as well as the orchestra. Gypsies are much lovely and generous people. They still lives for peace, art, music and love. Yes they still can do these mostly. I suppose, it comes from their origins and suffers they lived more than thousand years all araound the world. Money and material things and possesion are important for them as every one but comes much more next and itself. I love these people.

You have to have it in your blood, there is no other way you can perform like that and sing like that. You brought me back to my childhood guys, I grew with gypsies and they made my childhood life beautiful, they have given me the most amazing childhood memories, it was all about pure and raw emotions. And when grown-up, young being and singing Indian music, I was almost to be kidnapped from some of them, although happy to be able to hide, I still felt loved. 😂 Wonderfully sang and performed, please come to Vienna one day.

Amazing band/orchestra, one by one everybody is great on their instruments and great sound as a band...and then we come to Sandra, Ohh My Dear Lord,God,Angels,her voice is sooo good, so feminine, so Balkan, but her appereance, her beauty, her mannaerisms, her moving on stage, i just cant stop looking at her...Also she looks so Balkan :)
