Love this song! It's got Wacky Workbench Good Future (JPN), and F-Zero GX vibes to it despite predating GX. Despite GX, and Sega Rally 2 having different composers, I like how the composer involved with SEGA AV retained a similar enough vibe with GX's OST. This song sounds as if F-Zero X went the direction GX did with the OST.

You know, it reminds me of "Ridge Racer V - Euphoria" a bit but more happier instead of serious. It's weird since Sega and Namco still makes/publish racing games to this day...

That was the producers car as someone was stealing it IIRC, when he was recording he heard it outside and ran out. When he returned, he found out it had been picked it up on the software and he left it in in what was described as a: "punk move" by the proto-Gaming press
