For people that dont know how to blend: you dont need expensive brushes. Learn to blend on your hand. Apply a rainbow shape and try to create a gradient upwards. You will notice that using a large fluffy brush to blend the rainbow shape upwards wont work, and that will be the first lesson. But honestly, you can apply the gradient upwards with windshield wiper motions and small circles just using any tapered small to medium sized brush that is medium- medium-high density, and then to deal with the edges that's where you go over them with a clean medium or large blending brush to diffuse/blur the edges, to disturb the outline enough that it looks soft and not so lineal. For that you use windshield wiper motions and dragging motions that basically smudge/diffuse the outline in the direction you are dragging it to. That's it! Do that and you can even do a pretty look just using your fingers, since you can apply a gradient in tapping motions too. You can blend in one direction, sort of dragging the color (great for outer v and crease), back and forth, up and down, or in all directions which means in circles. That block of text to say, we dont need to exploit animals more than we do already, when those Eco tools/ Sigma/ Bdellium/ RT brushes in your vanity get the job done, and really well at that! Again practice on your hand 🙂

Even the pets want a piece of that club-like look, who wouldn't. I really like both of the looks, they totally remind me of the noughties going out clubbing with friends and dressed up in glittery, shimmery or shining clothes that the colours in this palette represent more or less. Maybe my memories of those times are little bit hazy due to time and misremembering, but I do think that this was the style back then, in regards to clothing and makeup. But the names! Oh, they bring back all the best bops we danced to, even if I hear these songs now I'm like "F yeah, shake it!"

I rediscovered BH with the Travel Series. I passed on the Sweet Shoppe series, but I do have this palette. The early 00’s were my club days too, and if I wasn’t smoking out my eyes like Cindy Crawford, my go to colors were greens and purples. When I saw this palette, I knew I had to have if for no other reason than nostalgia! But BH didn’t disappoint with this color story or this formula. The “black” always looked like a blackened indigo or “blurple”, which is so unique to my collection and fits in so well with this color scheme. That G.L.A.M. shade gives me strong MAC Nylon vines except for less chunky. I used to put a stripe of that under my brow bone and sparkle for to the gods!!! Great looks!

@gabrielanario65913 жыл бұрын
@@katfaceATX Nought means zero or nothing, not ought. Ought is a completely different word, I think it may have originally meant that but it's not a word that anyone uses with that meaning any more. That is the reason why the 00s are called noughties, it literally means the decade that starts with 0. It has absolutely nothing to do with the word naughty. I hope that didn't come off as rude, I just wanted to explain!
@44LillPuffin3 жыл бұрын
Aught is different to ought. Aught is when you would say "I aught to have bought that when they had it on sale" 😂 or I "aught to have listened when they told me not to buy this" Ought is defo the same as naught though. Maybe it's regional what one you use? Because I would probably only use nought. English is so weird. Like read being "reed" and "red" but then aught and ought being spelled differently when they sound the same.
@44LillPuffin3 жыл бұрын
Just realised aswell some places in the UK will say them like ought = out and nought =nout when they are used for nothing Eg, "what have you got in your hand?" *hides chocolate so you don't need to share "nout/out"
