I always do my under eye concealer (on clients as well as on myself), before I apply any line or shadow to the lower lash line. That way, the powder sets the concealer to keep it from creasing, and there are no gaps. But this is a stunning look! I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to buy the palette for my kit and you’ve got me convinced.
