To see this incredibly loving and close bond between Kilo and you is so very beautiful! Kilo performed superbly, especially under all the special circumstances - the heat, the new surroundings with distracting input, your stress. It is beautiful and touching that you are objectively looking for the causes. It did NOT go wrong - you both have one more experience that bonds you together. You can be absolutely proud of Kilo and of yourself! Congratulations to both of you for coming so far and thank you very much for sharing this precious content!

Camera wasn’t bad. You passed and that’s what matters. We all know the dog gets stressed when they know we’re stressed. Keep up the great training and he’ll be fine.

You should be able to retake the BH for a better score. Did they call you out early only to have you wait in the sun? Regardless they should have set up a shaded canopy for the teams to wait out of the sun just in case. If there's other competitions in your area it might be worth the time to take your dogs there and train with them, so they'll get used to everything. I think you were harder on yourself than need be, they're young and the heat is a huge factor. I still have my sights set on Maxine's French Ring Brevet in fall of 2025, she's having some unresolved issues like she detonates ☢when a person outside of the family bends down to pick up something off the ground, I don't want her eating the judge for lunch😬. Did you ever see that reply explaining the crazy way I got injured because an idiot had their staffy in a harness and flexilead, YT had an issue with it, but I posted it anyway.

Thanks, it's just kind of how the situation flowed, it's not a big deal cause it's a pass fail so no need to do it again. Just focusing on his 1. Once you report in that's what you have. No biggie. No I did nit see your other comment I will look for it. I always appreciate your thoughts. I hope you can get your dog to not maul up the judge, thats always a real problem. Thank you for watching like always.

@@MalinoisMadness I'll send it to your email, YT has a problem with my descriptive language 😳, but I lost three plus months recovering. I have chronic pain and my pulled muscles and whiplash from the event set off an inflammatory response. Anyway, parts of the story are pretty funny. Then a month ago her dog (after seeing my dogs in a fenced yard this time) immediately pulled her off her feet and onto her knees then her stomach on a road that was tarred and graveled last year, she was screaming at her dog who wouldn't listen, I finally got my pound of flesh. These force free people though, they're unbelievable.
