One doubt, why not government make a simple law that if someone makes an agreement of sale, the buyer must get an agreement of sale and also in that enclose the TOKEN paid and also sale amount agreed to pay to seller and also in that sale agreement even enclose the POST DATED CHE-QUES ( DETAILS TYPED ON TYPE WRITER) and that must include the LIST OF TITLE DOCUMENTS and ALSO SURVEYOR SURVEY CERTIFICATE and then get the whole agreement of sale REGISTERED in concerned Sub Registrar Office ?? once this done, 50% civil cases are gone into dustbin.....

నమస్తే లాయర్ గారు. ఓ దొంగ మొఖపోడు మా భూమిని మా నౌకరు ద్వారా సర్వే నంబరు సంగ్రహించి లోన్ తీసుకున్నాడు . వానికి భూమి తెలవదు. యంఆర్వో భూమి తీర్పు చేసి మోసం చేసాడని అర్దం అయి డాక్యుమెంట్ అడిగారు. ఏమీ లేవని మా నౌకరు చెపితే సగం ఆయనకు సగం ఈ విలేకరి కి రాశాడని ఒప్పుకొని తన పేరు తీయించుకొని ఆ నీచుడు మాకు పట్టా వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఎవరు చూడ వస్తారని ప్రక్క రైతుతో ఒక వైపు భూమి . ఇంకో వైపు మా నౌకరు వాల్ల కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో దున్నిస్తున్నాడు. ఎంత నీచుడో అర్దం చేసుకోవచ్చు.1962 లో తండ్రికి ఒకడే కొడుకు అతని భూమి కొనుగోలు అని పహని వాయించాడు. విషయమేమిటంటే 1962 లో పుట్టనేలేదు.పుట్టకముందే పేరు, ఇంకా పూర్వ జన్మ ఙ్ఞాపకం కావచ్చు లేని పేర్లు రాయించాడు.బై నంబర్లు తెలవదు, a, b, c, d లు. బైనంబర్లు వేయించాడు అంటే భూదస్త్రాలు ఎలా దొంగిలించబడి మార్చబడుతున్నాయో అర్దం చేసుకోవాలి.

ప్రక్క రైతు తో ఒక వైపు అక్రమంగా దున్నిస్తున్నాడు. ప్రాణహాని కలిగేలా చేసాడు. దుర్మార్గుడు మంది భూమి పై దొంగతనంగా లోన్ తీసుకోవడమే వాడి పాప కర్మ అనుకుంటే. ఇప్పుడు ఇలా చేస్తున్నాడు. పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో సెటిల్ మెంట్లు చేస్తాడట నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తున్నారు. అసహ్యకరమైన విషయమేమిటంటే ప్రజా సేవ పేరుతో మోసాలు చేసె కొందరు రాజకీయాల పేరుతో వీడి డబ్బాషకు అన్యాయము అని తెలిసినా నోరు మూసుకుని ఉంటున్నారు. ఆ దుర్మార్గునికి భగవంతుడి శిక్ష పడాలని కోరు కుంటున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే నేరాన్ని ప్రోత్సాహించే 2017 లో ములుగు పోలీసు స్టేషను లో యస్ ఐ తో విని ఉన్నాను. అతడు చెప్పిందే మంటే ఆ నీచుడికి మట్టి అంటకుండా నేరం చెయ్యమని. వాడు తినే ఉద్యోగం తిండి చేజేతులా విషం గా మార్చుకుంటుంన్నాడు. ఇటువంటి కొందరు నీచులు చేయబట్టి రక్షణ వ్యవస్థ పై నమ్మకం పోతున్నది. మనిషి అనే పదానికి సిగ్గు పడేలా చేసాడు. ఎటువంటి తల్లి కడుపున పుట్టాడో.పుణ్యాత్ముడు.తనకొస్తే గాని అర్దం కాదు.
