Somervel and KMCT are good colleges for studying at lowest tuition fee in Kerala, provided you should have minimum 530-550 Mark's this academic year. Rajarajeseari in Bangalore is a deemed university and verybih college, but fee will be more than 22 lakhs, even at a score of 260 Mark's it is available.
