Corborating evidence is in The Tribune, Lahore report of November 1,1928 titled MALVIYYA & LAJPAT RAI ,it does not mention that Lala was hit with Lathis nor Pandit Malviyya who was standing next to him , ever reported or said that Lala was hit with Lathis ! Bhagat Singh , therefore , wrongly killed wrong person for wrong reason ! Another important issue before public is that Lala had publically said about Bhagat Singh that he was RUSSIAN AGENT , after supporting communist revolution in the USSR !
