Hari Om Yogishri Ego influences the mind and the intellect. When your ego influences your intellect, then thoughts of separating yourself from the outside world and other people starts. When your ego influences your mind, then the feeling of separating yourself from the outside world and other people starts. The more the ego you have, the more will be the tendency of separation. Your daily spiritual sadhana combined with attunment to the divine energy will gradually reduce this seperation and finally will dissolve it completely. The more spiritual you are the more comfortable you will feel relating to the world and people, because you will not see differences. As a sadhak start becoming one with nature. Wherever your mind goes, start converting that experience into a divine experience. In Antaraloka, God represents Self Development and Self Purification. Your ego will always want you to stand alone in comparison with others. Your spiritual sadhana is to go on expanding your consciousness which inturn will dissolve your ego. A yogi identifies himself with the world and other people. Be always an eternal student, be humble, receive the higher wisdom and apply it in your life. Pranams 🙏 #Yogishri

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Thank you for the very powerful session. Our ego makes us separate ourselves from others and feel superior or inferior in comparison. When our ego influences our thoughts and emotions we start separating ourselves and see differences and form various mental hierarchies. Without the influence of ego, when one naturally/ authentically expresses oneself, there is no want to stand apart, but their work tends to get noticed due to the quality. Spiritual growth reduces separation. We recognize the Infinite in everyone and become comfortable with ourselves and others. When our identification expands, our ego reduces. Ego tries it's best to survive and so creates thoughts & feelings of separation in various ways. Sadhana helps us expand our consciousness and reduce our ego. Wherever our mind/ attention goes we start absorbing that energy. Through our worldly pursuits we can grow spiritually by absorbing the divine energy of devas wrt baahya loka. Antar loka: Devas are our inner divine qualities related to self development and self purification. Abundance mindset, Self knowledge, inner strength, mastering our mind, destroying negativities, creating positives and getting established etc. We have to do svadhyaya and apply the principle of devaha for self purification and development. We have to keep building our awareness. Wherever we are facing issues we need to change our focus from outside to inside and see where we are lacking and work on that. Whatever is happening in our baahya loka is the effect of what is happening in our antar loka. Always practice humility/ vinaya. Our mind can make it's own interpretations to justify our weaknesses. Be watchful of that. When something causes mental agitations and stress, that's stemming from our ego. Thank you so very much Yogishri 🙏

Hari Om GuruDev! Infinitely grateful to you for this inspiring session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep and divine. Inputs from today's session:- We have the divine energy within us. But our ego separates us from it. It separates us from it to be different and selfish. Through sadhana we have to come out of the selfishness by expanding our consciousness and become one with the divine. The meaning of Devah with respect to each Loka: i) Brahmanda Loka - The Loka which is not experienced fully by us - the universe. The meaning of Devah with respect to this Loka is the nature and its natural forces which we have to respect for us to receive its blessings. ii) Bahyatara Loka - The Loka of our immediate world which we experience (external world). The meaning of Devah with respect to this Loka is looking at our worldly goals as divine energies - looking at them as sadhana. iii) Antar Loka - The Loka of our inner self (internal world). The meaning of Devah with respect to this Loka is the relativity and development of our inner self. The principle of Devah in Bahyatara Loka is in accordance with the principle of Devah in Antar Loka. The meaning of Devah in Antar Loka is for developing our inner self by relating the divine energy to our personality. We have to relate these energies to our personality and develop our selves and make us prepared for all kind of situations while we will not get into blaming the situation or crying about the problem. Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything. Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams. Hari Om GuruDev.

Hariom Guruji Thanks for a very deep session on inner lokah. Every line was so so deep. Today's points # 1. Outer लोक is reflection on inner लोक. 2. Apart from external goals , sadhak should set goals of inner development and inner purification. With each passing day develop and purify internally through sadhna. Tool to acheive this is self awareness. 3. Once we become self aware root out the negativities using the inner God priciples. Also become aware of positivities and use them for spritual evolution 4. Once you keep purifying and developing ( relative goals) , you become one with infinite one day ( absolute goal) . 5. Self conciousness and ego are inversally propotional. Level of identification will keep going upwards with sadhna as a sadak with purifying which will automatically curtail ego. Sadhna and Guru's help are only ways in your upward journey of self conciousness. 6. Sadhaks journey # [( साधना -> स्वाध्याय -> relative external/ inner goals -> साधना) + Gurushakti ] -> path of liberation .. ..Engineers mind 😂 7. Take life easy and enjoy the journey. Thank you sir Ashish

Hari Om Guruji, Pranaams 🙏 Thanks for the powerful session today with the blast of energy. I was taken deep within myself as the session progressed and felt the energy blast in a deep and intense way. This was the first Sunday session in the new house which we have moved into day before and I felt the entire house got blessed with your divinely presence during the session along with us. I sincerely seek your good wishes, and guidance for all the success. The whole sadhana is to expand our consciousness and identification. The ego within us forces us to be different and look at things as seperate whereas when the ego gets dissolved our consciousness expands and helps us merge with the infinite. The aspect of devaha from the macro cosmic or Brahmanda level followed by the world we experience or interact and then finally our inner world which is nothing but our various goals that we seek to achieve as well as inner or self purification or development which will ultimately help us in being one with the infinite Happy to note about the upcoming d new yoga sankirtan sadhana material on Lord Hanuman and the empowerment session. Thanks once again for the powerful session today Guruji. Pranaams, Sadhak- Narayan

Hari Om Gurudev🙏🙏🙏. Thank You so very much for today's session🙏🙏🙏🌺. Some points to ponder: The ego tries to seperate us from the entirety. It manifests as superiority or inferiority. When we feel we are unable to relate to others, it means the ego is at play. Through Sadhana we should expand our consciousness and thus we will be able to relate with everyone and everything. The three types of lokas: Brahmanda Loka: The Brahmanda Loka is the universe and we are just experiencing a part of it. The natural powers that are governing the entire creation like the power of creation, the power of maintenance and the power of destruction. The Pancha Maha Boothas which constitute everything of the creation. Baahya Loka: the external world which we are experiencing. The twelve aspects of life which we experience and the goals pertaining to these twelve aspects of our life. Antara Loka: The inner world. The inner world pertains to The Consciousness. The ultimate goal is to expand our Consciousness and merge with The Infinite Consciousness. We should have our relative goal as self development and self purification. We should divinise our relative goals in order to become Divine from within. For example: when we seek wealth , rather than seeking it as mere external wealth, we should invoke The Energy of Goddess Maha Lakshmi, and thus when we start developing this practice Divinising every aspect of our life we start becoming Divine from within. Start looking for the Bhavana within in each and every experience of life. When we find a negative Bhavana we need to replace it with a positive one. Thus we will be strengthening the Devaaha from within, and it leads to nourishing The Deva within. We should always go by guidance given by The Gurudev. When there is some contradiction we should be aware that it is our mind trying to fool us. Thank You Dear Holy Master for Everything🙏🙏🙏🪷🍬. Deepest gratitude and humble pranams.

Namasthe Yogishri, Thank you for the wonderful discourse. It was so helpful to me. The next day during my Laya Sadhana the homework you gave us came to my mind. It was so wonderful that the corrective action I needed to take for a small problem immediately came to me. Thank you. Hope you have a wonderful week. Key learnings: -The three lokas (cosmic, material world, and inner worlds) are interconnected -Each deity has Divine Shakthi, which is inside me. If I focus on these energies in all areas of my life the Infinite energy will bless me and show me grace -Every thought, emotion, and action I have is created by Brahma, so I have a choice to make them higher or lower. Remember, my Bhavana is my most important/first Sadhana. - When I change my energy pattern from within my challenges get solved. - Soul means consciousness Homework: Think about one or two areas where I have a problem and think about my part/responsibility in how the problem got created. For example, have I put in the correct effort, do I need to speak up, do I need to learn a new skill, etc. By doing this with a calm mind solutions will appear. Remember that God helps those that help themselves.

Hari AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri for explaining Anthar loka or the inner world. Separation of divinity from within us is done by ego. Ego wants to separate oneself from others as well as from different lokas (the three loka-s mentioned earlier). Ego influences emotions as well as intellect. Ego also induces hierarchy such as superior and inferiority complexes. Spirituality reduces or eliminates such hierarchy which leads to peace in oneself. Initially one may think God as a 3rd person, as one evolves spiritually god becomes a 2nd person i.e., God gets closer to us, and as sadana progresses, God is found within oneself. Finally, one merges with god i.e., “aham brahmasmi”. As ego dissolves consciousness expands. Addiction shrinks consciousness. The goal is to expand consciousness to the fullest extent. All the great yogi-s were humble and exhibited humility to the fullest extent. The reason to focus on God is to observe and absorb the positive energy. Disturbing nature causes many issues. Each and every experience must be divinized. One must exercise Deva Bhava in a positive way. Wherever the mind goes one must experience divinity in that place. Every outer quality has corresponding inner quality. It is Saraswathi manifesting as abundance inside one. Anthar loka is the Infinite inside. Creativity within oneself represents Chathurmuka Brahma. Destruction is energy of Shiva which internally destroys bad thoughts. Establishment and maintenance of positive thoughts is Narayana both externally and internally. Relative goal of self-development and self-realization is Deva: (pleural) and the absolute is Deva (singular). Svadhyaya is the study of oneself which is used to become more perfect (Atma sudhi). A guru is like a mirror that shows blemishes in one. Over time the inner positive energy emanates outside and spreads to other entities.

Humble pranams, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you so much for today's much needed session. It answered many of my questions and doubts. Spirituality helps in the reduction of ego and by doing regular sadhana , will completely dissolve the ego. Brahmanda loka - We need to live in alignment with the nature. Wakeup, work, eat by chewing food properly, sleep - everything in alignment with the nature. Bahya loka - external world. Set relative goals and start seeing divinity in them. See goddess Lakshmi in the wealth, Goddess Saraswati in knowledge, Lord Ganesha in success, Lord Muruga in acting dynamically and building self confidence, Lord Shiva in destroying negative energies,Lord Bramha for positive energy, Lord Vishnu in maintaining the positive energy, Lord Hanuman in developing inner strength. Antara loka - inner world is as complex, as infinite as the brahmanda loka. Andathil ullade pindathil ulladu. What energy patterns i am creating for myself. Am I feeling jealous, lazy, insecure, suspicious? Find out one by one and by doing sadhana i will be able to overcome each of my negativities. Thank you Yogishri for the announcement of next empowerment session - Finding abundance in life. Thanks for constantly sending healing energy to me. Now , by training mind,by the application of response over reaction,I am able to respond to many of the unpleasant situations in my life that happens every day and sometimes every hour. Thank you so much for teaching this very important wisdom which I will follow throughout my life. Ananta koti pranams to you 🙏 🙏 🙏

Hari Om, Thank you for the discourse today. In the verse lord refers to devas, there are different gradations. Ego is when we stand apart from others. We either see ourselves above all or below all. When we connect to the divinity in everyone we see and do tings in a divine manner 🙏🏻 all the qualities and the devas we pray for have to get internalised. We see the mirror to see our reflection, likewise Bhagavat Gita reveals to us what’s inside of us, it’s a mirror. Thank you for the meditation. #bhagavatgita #spirituality #yogasankirtan #positivity #happiness

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Guruji for today’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Swamiji🙏🙏 We should never the differences with others and judge, as long as we see the differences objective It is fine. The tendency to look different from others is actually the weakness. When we approach our life in a spiritual way our focus will not be on the difference but on the oneness as Spirituality is oneness. It is imported that we identify with others and generate positivity and unconditional love Ego is the only block that prevents us from seeing/feeling the divinity. Ego manifests in different ways and will not allow us to destroy it. We should absorb the positive and divine energy of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. A time will come where our entire focus will be only on that Supreme reality/divinity. As a Sadhak we should always go along with the nature and natural flow of things, then we are performing Yogna. When we are seeking knowledge/wealth/success, our approach should be to absorb divine energy of Goddesses Saraswati/Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. When Brahmanda Loka is Infinite outside, Antara Loka is infinite inside. We need to uplift our consciousness and ultimately become 100% divine. We study the scriptures to understand our own self. The purpose of Sunday discourse is studying and understanding us better and better. We should fix relative goal of self-purification and self-development, as we keep on purifying and developing ourselves in the right way it will ultimately lead to self-realisation. Our main focus should be on the inner world and application Gods with us. Thanks again Yogishri for the deep and amazing meditation session 🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Thank you for today's session 🪷 Ego has separation mentality as it doesn't want to die. Spirituality means identification with all, moving from third person to first person Energy is auto generated, whatever is held inside will flow outside. Wherever focus is present that energy is absorbed. If inner energy is purified, outside effect will be positive. Thank you Master. Hari Om 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri, Thank you so much for this week’s wisdom and wish you a very happy teacher’s day! From today’s discourse I understood that the inner world is very important as it is the seat of our experience and any changes we need externally, it needs definite work to be done in the inner world (self study - swadhyaya, self development and self purification- aathma shuddhi). The question: When you fail to correct yourself, who is the loser? And the answer : You are! (was very deep indeed!) Also understood that in every action that we do, whenever we replace the inner justification with the higher yogic principle we have progressed in life. Few points I noted down and reflecting it : Once the ego manifests, you can clearly see that it separates you from the world, you differentiate with people. You either have superiority complex or inferiority complex which stems from your comparison with others. You set boundaries with others, whereas a Yogi identifies fully with others, he has no known boundary and all. A Yogi radiates full positive energy so that it even transforms others. As you keep following the sadhana principle to relate fully with others, it starts with relating with your family, community, city, country, etc.. finally reach the Gods and then that which is higher than the Gods, - the infinite. It is important to think How you are able to relate to God, is he at someplace, or you are able to see him in everyday life, able to relate to him every day. The closeness matters and that is also a part of Bhavana which you express towards God. Today we saw the inner world in-detail : Which is the inner qualities related to self development and self purifications - Wealth vs abundance mentality (Lakshmi) - Creation vs creativity (Bhramma) - Success vs life achievement (Ganesha) - Destruction vs thought is destroyed (Shiva) - Maintenance in life (Vishnu) This week's sadhana home work is to start seeing which behaviors or actions are negative in our life, and start witnessing what is the energy trigger within ourselves and start the purification process using the sadhana and sadhana tips. Today's Nidhidhyasana meditation was very deep and meditative. Also, when I was doing the Yoga Sankirtan sadhana this week, especially the Shree Hari Dhyana, a wave of meditativeness (Not sure how else to call it) kept hitting and going deeper and deeper, I think a lot of negativity was released. It felt really light after that. I think as we approach the Maha Hanumadhyana, a lot of energy is already created and can be perceived during the Yoga Sankirtan dhyana. Thank you so much for that. With warm regards, Hari OM Subramanyan

Hari Om In this path, there are no milestones to measure progress, and one question often comes to the mind of the seeker: Are we going in the correct route and progressing? Yogisri answers this question when he says “ Spirituality is in finding oneness. The more spiritual you are, you are comfortable with the world and will find oneness. When you are least spiritual you are unable to relate with others “. Thus If we are evolving spiritually, we will be comfortable in any situation, with anybody. No resistance to anything. In other words, it is a big “YES” to life. Blessed are such seekers. Yogisri adds, “While he will not be looking for name and fame, his work will invariably stand out from others which in any case will be noticed. The world will also reciprocate and will be looking for his presence” Namaste yogisri.

Vanakkam yogishri Mentality to think yourself separately from others is ego. When your mind accepts everything you become divine. Our rishis analysed where our mind wanders and they divinised everything. We need to look into our Inner mind towards the goal we want to achieve. Becoming more aware about ourself is way to achieve divinity. We need take one aspect and practice on improving ourself on the same. Thank you yogishri 🙏🙏🙏

Namaste Yogishri, On a personal note, I am planning to begin the Prana-tatthva course this week. Having started to experience the energy in my daily sadhana's, I feel like doing Prana-tatthva might help me understand the energies better. Looking forward to improving myself! Here are some notes from today's session: Feeling unable to relate with others after becoming a "sadhak" is a sign that you are not really a sadhak. Feeling of separation indicates ego! Having been in the field of research, I know how hard it is to come up with good definitions. Good definitions tend have an interesting feature: once you come up with them, something feels right when you hear it. After listening to the definition of sadhak given by Yogishri today, I felt the same way :) What defines a sadhak? It is their ability to identify with everyone around them! What prevents one from doing so? Ego! One can classify sadhaks in a graded way based on their level of identification: those who identify with themselves alone, those that identify with their close family, their society, and finally with the entire universe! Ego thrives on a feeling of separation. The ego likes to feel as if you are unique. So the more you identify with others, the more you dissolve the ego. The third dimension of devaha is the inner experience. It so happens that there is a one-to-one relationship between our external and internal experiences. So purifying the internal experiences can lead to benefits in the external world! As a homework, find an external problem that is bothering you, and identify the inner change you can bring about to resolve it, e.g., if someone is dominating you, perhaps you should build inner strength (Hanuman) and confidence (Muruga) instead of blaming someone else. Thank you, Deepak

Hari Om Guruji Namaha 🙏 It is a lovely session. Giving deeper insights of our inner self. Awakening the divinity within us will make our activities more interesting. Yesterday was Ganesh Chaturthi. It was a day to install one more quality principle within me. Decided that from today my speech should not hurt anyone. First will practise for 2 days. And if successful, will increase the days. This is my second practice that i am working on. The explanation of the Anthar Loka is extremely good. Will utilise the meanings wherever and whenever possible. Thank You Guruji for the session and guidance. Sadhak😊

Hari Om Yogishri, Thank you so much for today's discourse which guides on various aspects and powerful meditation. I was very agitated today throughout the discourse today and couldn't fully absorb the messages. I apologise Yogishri. However, I will mention below the points which I was able to note down. 1. Ego wants to seperate itself from others which include the divinity or the infinite. 2. Ego manifests in many forms. 3. The purpose of the Sunday discourses are to use the points to develop ourselves in life. We must use them to better ourselves. We can take one point, practice it fully and then move to the next. 4. Whenever we have an issue, we need to identify within ourselves what to do and how to change the energy pattern within, in order to solve the issue. Thank you so much Yogishri 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri, Points to ponder: 1. Identification and separation of self with the external world. A good sadhak identifies himself with everything in the world. 2. Ego blocks the expansion of our consciousness, in the form of various negative thoughts. The more we expand our consciousness, the more we are able to accommodate others or identify ourselves with others. 3. We tend to attract energy, based on our flow of thoughts. Wherever our thoughts are, that energy flows in us. 4. Devaha in 3 lokas: Brahmanda loka - devaha is the manifestation of intelligence in the way the cosmos is functioning. Baahya loka - nourishment of devaha is through our relative goals in a divine way with the bhavana. Whenever we are acquiring knowledge, the energy of goddess saraswati is manifested. Similarly when we are dealing with the wealth energy of goddess laksmi is manifested. Antarloka- For each energy in the bahya loka we have corresponding energy in the antarloka. When we are doing svaadyaaya- learning about oneself energy of goddess saraswati is invoked. Wealth of good qualities in us represents the energy of goddess lakshmi. Sadhana- choose a quality within you. See the energy pattern. If negative, release it during yoga sankirtan and replace with positive energy. Divinising all the activities we do. Thanks a ton Yogishri.
