ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ ಪಾಯಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು
Required ingredients :
moong dal 1 cup - ಹೆಸರುಬೇಳೆ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ಪಿನಷ್ಟು
jaggery 2 cups - ಬೆಲ್ಲ 2 ಕಪ್ಪಿನಷ್ಟು
grated coconut 1 cup - ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ ನಷ್ಟು
poppy seed 2 tbsp - ಸಾಸಿವೆ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ ನಷ್ಟು
ghee 2 tbsp - ತುಪ್ಪ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
cashew nut 15 to 20 - ಗೋಡಂಬಿ 15 ರಿಂದ 20
dry grapes 15 to 20 - ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ 15 ರಿಂದ 20
cardamom / elaichi 4 nos - ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ 4
