Made this today, very tasty. I didn't want pelau, had no ochro for ochro rice& had a few dasheen bush leaves left over. I knew I didn't want to spend too much time in the kitchen and this recipe came to the rescue. Thank you for the one pot wonders 😁

Looks delicious, I normally make mines with pig tail, which taste really delicious also, I personally prefer long grain white rice for this dish!
