Note: instead of frying, you can cook the chicken in an air fryer. If you are using this method, add some extra soy sauce for the color and also coat the chicken pieces with some olive oil.

The peas isn’t the pigeon peas... it’s usually in a green and white bag in the frozen section...green giant I think the name is.. but the carrots is just from my fridge that I cut into pieces.
