Bhajiya pav is similar to the vada pav the taste is different with vada pav.In vada pav the complete potatoes is mash and in bhajiya pav the slice of the potata is used .Its a quick snack, tangy and savory flavor.
INGREDIENTS ADDED
STEP1:
*gram flour(besan 1 n 1/2 cup )
*1/2 tspn turmeric.
*1 tspn red chili powder.
*1 tspn salt.
*chili flakes 1 tspn.
*5 garlic,1/2 tspn cumin seeds(make a paste n add)
*1/4 tspn ajwain(caron seeds)
*1/4 tspn soda.
*1 cup water
STEP2
*1 big potato(cut in to slices)
STEP3
peanut chutney:
*1/4 cup roast peanuts.
*3 garlic
*few coriander leaves.
*1 tspn imli.
*1/4 tspn turmeriv.
*1/2 tspn red chili powder.
*1/2 tspn salt.
*1/2 tspn cumin seeds.
STEP4:
bondi chutney
*1/2 cup masala bondi(khari bondi).
*4 fried garlic.
STEP5:
green chutney
*1 cup mint n coriander leaves mix
*4-5 green chilies,7-8 garlic
*1/2 tspn salt
*2tspn water.
STEP6:
make the bhajiya
STEP7:
*add pinch of coriander powder
and chat masala powder in to the bhajiya.
STEP8
*grease butter to the pav.
STEP9
*finally prepare the bhajiya pav with
all the prepared chutneys and bhajiya n enjoy.
