Hi Suresh Chef I like your show very much. Also I am also working in food industry. Recently I had a bad experience regarding food. Our family went for a tour to Mysuru. We planned our tour for two days. But when we back to home most of us got food poisoning and became sick. We had food from some of the Kerala restaurants.I have noted that they are not following any type of hygiene and food safety protocols.Also they are charging very high rates for food.Also they have only one gol to earn money. Why our Indian community like this. May be because of our rules

Nice to see you both. A point about affordability - I knew a couple of restaurants. Both had similar menus , the only difference was one had it all the time, the other served it in limited quantity. For example the earlier one will get beef fry even at 7 am and dosa. But the latter had beef curry from 8:30 till ~2:00 PM.
