Bhapa Doi - 3 Ingredient Dessert which is ultimate. Dahi , Condensed Milk & Elaichi

2 cups Dahi 1 cup Condensed Milk 3/4 tsp Elaichi Powder Garnish - You can choose what you like of even skip it. I used Pistachio , Rose Petals.. Saffron Stands also look beautiful. When you drain 2 cups Dahi , it will become almost 1.25 cups Simply whisk it well to make it smooth & uniform. Grease the tin with a little oil (No ghee or butter because it will become solid when you refrigerate it) 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Steam on Medium to High Flame for 20 to 25 mins - Cool it completely & check it using a skewer - Refrigerate the Bhapa Doi for atleast 3 hours before unmoulding
