D’you know what Bharat, I was perhaps among the very first people who heard this song. At the time, I was in Pune, away from my family, friends, girlfriend and my best friend had just committed suicide. As I walked through the lanes of Koregaon Park, with your song on repeat, I used to go to a tapri to have a couple cups of tea and a cigarette. At the time, this song was ‘Ghar’ for me as I searched for answers to the questions still unknown. Now, I’m in london and there’s no tapri, nor the feeling and warmth of home, our people. Today, I’m beghar, living in someone else’s house, searching for Ghar. Over the years, your song has carried a variety of meanings, but none hits close to the burning desire of leaving everything and return home to my family, friends, my motherland. I'm writing this with a heavy heart and I don't know how anyone will take it but this song takes me back to the world of memories I once made with someone. She is now settled with someone else and I am divorced from the arrange marriage which almost killed me. Sometimes it's true that love only happens once and the rest is just life. Yea its debatable but for me it turned out to be true I can tell you this after 4 years of the break up. This song triggers the memory points which are long lost but never forgotten. 2018 was the year when I got to know about this guy, Ghar was the first song I heard, it was in my recommendation, I felt a deep connection with the lyrics, the music, the video, It was a goosebump moment for me, I instantly became his Fan, Whenever he used to do live Instagram sessions I used to spam the comments with "Bro Live concert kab karoge?" although he never replied to it haha, Well Today is August 24, 2022, Bharat is about to do his first live concert on August 26, It is also going to be my first music concert, I've always waited for this moment.
