I think government should setup hydrogen plant in vicinity of dams which will use dams electricity and water to generate hydrogen

Is Russian coal the fuel for AUSC? To my knowledge, India does not have high grade coal to achieve this high efficiency conversion ratio of 46%.

Yeah likely imported coal,India doesn't have good quality coal reserves
