After sipping wine and having a bit on biryani and again drinking it will let you feel like a completeness meal you had. you guys reminded me of my beautiful past .It's during my PG college days every month me and my friend had to bring one red wine zingz and 2 lamb mutton biryani. During exams also.

There are apple orchards in Garhwal Himalayas, near Chakrata cantonment, where you can get extremely local alcohol made with apples (distilled and clear). I don't know if they make it seasonally, but I got it in Kanasar village (we simply asked local daru milegi kya) in November. I'm pretty sure you'll get it in himachal pradesh also. Please try that out! The locals only make it for themselves and not for sale.
