सर, कभी सोया और मेथी को आलू के साथ बनाइये , इसे बनाने के लिए आप सोया मेथी को बराबर मात्रा मे ले ले फिर दोनों सागो को बारीक बारीक काट ले, फिर आलू को भी छोटा छोटा काट ले , फिर एक कढ़ाई ले उसमे सरसो का तेल ले उसे गर्म कर ले फिर उसमें लहसुन और हरी मिर्च डालें फिर उसमें आलू और सोया मेथी के साग डाल कर स्वदा अनुसार नमक डालें जब पक जाये तो उसमें थोड़ी सी कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च डालकर 1 मिनट और पकाये फिर पराठे के साथ इसका आनन्द ले
