Ha Madam, Inhone galat bataya hai. Pani bilkul nhi padta. Aur rahi baat galne ki to pyaj ke gravy se mutton pakta hai dhime aanch pe. Aur Gas pe nhi banate hai coal ya lakdi pe banate hai. Taste ka bahut fark aata hai. Sach kahu to Bharath ne Authentic khaya nhi hoga. Champaran pe har hotel isko sahi se nhi banate. Kuchh hotel bahut achhe se banate hai

Hi, the thing he didnt told is to first u need to heat the tawa for 2 to 4 min on high flame and then put handi on that tawa in low flame....and also use butter or ghee to brush the handi walls and bottom...
