Chef, आप gloves पहनने को लेकर कुछ न सोचें। काम की ज़रूरत पर सब कुछ होता है। खाना पकाने का काम साफ-सफाई से होना जरूरी होता है। हाथ अच्छी तरह धुले हों तो कैसी परेशानी? खाना पकाते वक्त वैसे भी बार-बार हाथ धोने पड़ते हैं। किसी कारख़ाने में बनी रबड़ की चीज़ों से मुझे इंसान के साफ़ हाथ ज्यादा सही लगते हैं।
