Bharwa Bhindi looks delicious. How I wish that I grab the plate and fill my tummy with this yummy food ! Keeping this wishful thinking aside, I must say that she reminds me of my Nani. Her silence demeanor during the cooking process brings back childhood days, especially the sizzle of the summer vacation, where there's lots of fun at Nani Ghar and Nani used to pamper us with her special Aloo Sabji.

INGREDIENTS as per my understanding from my gujarathi friend: Corriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, turmeric pwder, Coriander powder, besan ( bengal gram powder) oil, Hing, garlic, lemon.....these ingredients are used for stuffing
