Fresh bendi harvesting at field& cooking | Tasty local ladyfinger recipe | ಕಾಯಿರಸ | Bende kayirasa
Ladies fingers are used to prepare a curry called "Kayirasa" which can be combined with rice. The spices required are dry red chillies and urad dal. This curry doesn't require any lentils. But we need to add enough grated coconut. Red chillies and urad dal are fried in little oil, then ground with grated coconut. A tip can be followed to prevent the slime in ladies finger pieces while cooking is also mentioned in the video.

I think yours is the most eco friendly channel propagating it without any fancy. I hardly see anything that is not eco friendly. Adike patte for manure, kukke made of either some grass or bamboo, earthenware ...it is endless. You can be a lesson by yourself. Really great
