We are doing sam thiing from 2 yeaars..its really helpful..my memory is increased and i scored more marks than my parents expected in my exams ...when we eat at brahmi muhurta its very good ..and we can make its paste by using honey ..and my dodamma will make it 2 kg more foronce she only suggested us ... please i request all parents should gove their child/children daily at morning at empty stomach its line raama bana to students memory power ...trist me ..and it help for diabetic patients..when we make a paste using honey and some cow ghee and put to cloed container we can store likeore than month
