Crispy Shankarpali recipe | ಕರುಕುರು ಶಂಕರಪೋಳಿ | simple & easy method of Shankar poli
Shankar poli is a South canara special snack recipe, which is loved by many. It can be prepared easily by following this recipe. Maida or wheat flour any one can be used, but maida gives a perfect structure and taste. It is nothing but a oil fried biscuit. It tastes somewhat like biscuits. Combines both sweet and crisp
Ingredients:
Maida 4 & 1/2 cups,
milk 1 cup,
sugar 1 cup or sugar powder 1.25 cups,
ghee 3/4th cup,
pinch of salt,
cardamom,
oil for frying.
