Melting in your mouth Almond recipe | Sweet | ಬಾದಾಮ್ ಬರ್ಪಿ | Badam Burfi recipe | Almond burfi
A Delicious and healthy recipe from one of the dry fruits which contains highest protein. That is almonds. We also add some saffron to enhance its taste. soaked and peeled almonds are ground with milk, made smooth paste. The paste is cooked with sugar and ghee for nearly 40-45 minutes. Then we shift it into a tray, cut them into pieces after cooled. That makes a tasty sweet called almonds/badam burfi.
Ingredients-
almonds- 4 glasses
milk- 4 glasses
sugar- 4 glasses
saffron
ghee-1 cup
