I can recall that incident and the chaos thereafter. We were in Kolkata during college days and we even had to set off from the apartment on the calls made by different friends at 2 am regarding functional ATMs. All the nearby eateries were either shut for 1-2 months or forced to allow students to pay later as change issue was huge .
