Thanks Guys, we are planning Pune Lucknow with halt at Bhopal on 17th October. Can you please post full route information (Pune to Lucknow) and is there any epass required in MP? Pune Nashik Bhopal is good or Pune Shirdi Bhopal?

Amit Singh epass is no more required anywhere and just travel with all precautions. Pune Nashik Indore or Pune Shirdi Indore both take almost 9 hours with 1 hours difference. Going via Shirdi is suggested if you near Wagholi else Nashik if near Hinjewadi. Ahmednagar till Shirdi has major potholes for 10km and then single road but later good. Nashik is 2 lane nice highway. I am not sure why you staying in Bhopal. If you have work or family then fine but for overnight stay pull till Guna or Indore and stay there. Because Bhopal to Sagar via Vidhisha road is still under construction till 2021. BTW if you start early morning 4am you can reach Lucknow by 2pm else take half journey stay at Jhansi or Guna depending on your driving. If at all Bhopal you have to stay then either you go back via Dewas Guna else continue Vidhisha with unpaved road and patches till Sagar and then good roads. Bhopal to Guna road is bad hence take Vidhisha as it is good as compared to Bhopal Guna. Enjoy and have a drive safe 😊🙏

Hi Sir, I liked ur video very much it's short and very informative. I am planning to travel on 7th November 2020 from Mumbai (leaving early morning at 6 am) to Kanpur with family including ladies. Actually, I was looking for a video that covers Indore to Kanpur at night to get information on road conditions safety for women. My tentative Indore departure time would be 8 pm so my whole driving time would be from night to early morning. Can u suggest to me how's the road condition and safety from Indore to Kanpur for driving at night?

Roads are good and you don’t need to take any short cut rather stay on Highway only. Indore Dewas Guna Jhansi Orai Kanpur is good road and I traveled recently from Bangalore to Lucknow in my recent video where I travelled all night connect at Jhansi. There are few things you should know 1. Guna to Jhansi is a isolated area in between which I mentioned in my video and that stretch is like no population, may be due to Shivpuri jungle extension. 2. You have to ensure that car not giving any issue on way like tyre puncture etc. 3. At Kalpi there is bridge construction and traffic is damn slow. You have to take opposite way with care to takeover multiple trucks standing for a stretch of 1-2 km. Though I took risk to travel and reached morning in my last video from Bangalore however personally I won’t recommend. Else if you have a nice car and you trust then no need to stay or stop on way and just keep driving till Jhansi. After that you won’t feel worries as all way till Lucknow so many police vehicle patrolling. So in case you still need to travel then try to cross Shivpuri Guna as early as possible. Hope you have a safe and easy drive.

Google aunty shows route Pune-Sangamner-Malegaon-Dhule-Indore-Guna-Jhansi-Lucknow. is it the best route or you suggest something else. Manohar Singh yes you can take Lucknow to Gorakhpur and further road to Ballia which is 4 lane highway. 4 hours from Lucknow to Gorakhpur. Though there is another route from Pune to Ballia via Chindawara - Katni - Varanasi - Patna but that route is via jungle, army area and also google map gets lost around katni area.

Day 1: Lucknow to Nagpur via Seoni Katangi Tumsar Bhandara Nagpur diversion due to road work on NH44 after Seoni. Stayed at Le Meridian Nagpur and started next day. Took over all 12 hours total starting 4am. Total Toll charges Rs. 1010 Day 2: Nagpur to Bangalore smooth road straight via Adilabad however before Hyderabad ORR had to take diversion via Narsapur due to traffic. Took 15 hours starting 9:30am. Total Toll Charges Rs. 1077 Completed journey via Mahindra XUV500 Diesel on 2.25 Full tank worth ~Rs. 10000 Le Meridian Bill around ~ Rs. 11000 Room Rent: ~ 5500 Food (Expensive): ~ 3000 (10 fulka, 2 Kolhapuri Chicken, 2 Plain rice) Rs. 50/ Pulka 🤣 2 Beer: Rs. 960 😜 Pet Mandatory Charge: Rs. 1500 Hyderabad Onway Paradise Biryani: Rs. 403 (Swiggy) Rest keep Snacks, Water, Home made Puri to last long on way. Makbul Khan hi, the road conditions are not that great at few places. When you start from Ahmednagar towards Shirdi, 10KM stretch is extreme patchy however after Shirdi road is ok to drive at 60KMPH speed but all single road. We were around 6:00AM at Ahmednagar bypass and touched Mumbai Dhule (Manmad) highway at ~10AM. So almost 4 - 5 hours journey on that road due to patches. Small car may take a toll unless you have a SUV. Drive safe buddy.

Sourabh Moitra we too going from Raebareli to Assam but after diwali hence can get your experience as it would be first time for us by road. I am planning to do Raebareli to Siliguri in one stretch or some around place and second day to Dibrugarh. Have a pleasant and safe drive. For you it should be Pune to Lucknow, Lucknow to Siliguri and then Assam, may be 2 nights for you else 3.

Sourabh Moitra nice let me know how it was. BTW chindawara route i heard has washed off due rains which i use to travel Bangalore Lucknow via Nagpur. Also once i travelled to Gorakhpur via Jabalpur Varanasi way and it was really bad with some places no google maps. Google also not suggesting same and first preference is via Indore lucknow. Anyways you can always explore. It show same hours however i am damn sure Seoni roads will slow you down. All the best 👍🙏

Somnath Das yes you are right. Pune Wagholi to Dhule was same however road conditions as follows. 1. Pune to Ahmednagar is single lane highway with road to drive at good speed. I drove night empty road so it took me around 2 hour. 2. Ahmednagar to Shirdi is patchy road with 5km potholes. However after that till Shirdi again single lane each side which is okay drive. 3. Shirdi to Manmad connecting Mumbai Indore highway is single lane good road for a 60 to 80kmph driving. 4. When connecting Mumbai highway gets 4 lane but till Dhule road again has major potholes which suddenly get under your tyre on highway speeds. Post Dhule it’s good towards Indore. Overall it took me from 4am to 10am connecting Mumbai highway. So 6.5 to 7 hours total drive to Dhule which I believe I informed on video as well. Have a safe drive if you planning and don’t forget to take photo with Thumbs Up Mountain 😜😊

Somnath Das I travelled Pune Nashik long back and last year Shirdi Nashik to Vapi. All single road but latest condition i dont know. That time i did Bhimashankar and Trimbakeshwar. Traffic would be both sides so plan weekends.

Rohan Singh Road between Indore to Guna is nice cemented road including Dewas. Before Guna it becomes Tarmac however nice highway. I did not find any issue on those roads and was awesome to travel 😊

My friend came from Bangalore to Kanpur via Guna last week and he was allowed by MP police to travel to last destination but since his wife was getting dropped at Guna, she was asked for home quarantine. Hence you better ( covid19.mhpolice.in) take epass from this website to be safe as Maharashtra has latest guidelines over and above Unlock 3.0 rules. Shirdi you can stay as there are hotels which you can check online and also I heard Shirdi Mandir Morning Prayers happening in my video hence I hope it’s operational. BTW, one subscriber reached Raebareli from Pune recently without any issues or any border check so try your luck. Have a safe drive and stay healthy.

I_m_Nikhil Pandey hey thanks for reaching us. Your best bet is to stay at Nagpur outer if you can do full journey in 2 stretch. Depends on your car how comfortable the ride is for parents. Pune to Patna via Nagpur is best however few stretch post Jabalpur may slow you down. Take any decent hotel with good amount of disinfectants etc and ensure to carry food like banana, bread butter etc to avoid outside food. Have car charger hot water mug for coffee and maggie. Have a safe trip. Lucknow Gorakhpur route i would have suggested being very good roads however that would take long time.

That was all good awesome roads. In fact NH . Just ensure to take shivpuri Guna Indore bypass. Don’t try to go inside Bhopal else you would get patchy roads from Sagar unless a u-turn.

Hi how is the road from Pune to indore and how much max speed u maintaned. As I saw in video u reached in 9 hour approx including break?

DK GOOD LIFE it took me around 23 hours from Pune to Lucknow however yes it took me 4am to 2pm approximate 10 to hours till Indore. I stayed at Wagholi so 7 hours from Wagholi to Nashik highway via Ahmednagar Shirdi Manmad and then 3 ours approx on the Dhule Indore. Mahindra XUV500 with 18inch tyre won’t give you shaking even at 100km and would feel like going at 60kmph. So I would say average was coming around 60-80kmph including short loo breaks.

Pune to Shirdi was 4am to 7am via Ahmednagar which has patched road and potholes after Ahmednagar for 10km and post that also normal road. I covered at a good speed between Pune Wagholi to Ahmednagar at 80 and after Shirdi also same which took me overall 7 hours to reach Dhule to Pune. Indore we reached around 2pm however there are sudden potholes around Dhule

Ankita Srivastava thank. I would recommend to start early morning and break journey if you can’t stretch. Else the route I went is good roads. On the way stopping for food etc would add up to your time and reaching lucknow would become late hence keep lot of snacks and food inside car with good amount of water. If you planning to stay overnight then look for a good hotel with hygiene ratings on Goibibo etc. Bhopal Vidhisha to Sagar road not good. If you plan via Nagpur then Rewa, Satna road not good as Beehad and you would pass thru night. Ćiné Bömbày-StudiÔs that one is good cemented double road via Dewas. Guna bypass is Tarmac and ask you come towards Dewas all cement. In this video rains started in that road after Indore. 😊👍 And dogs adjust easily. When new they would be excited first time and want to see outside window however after one or two trips they like the journey. The best part is dog is connected more to one master and wherever that master goes they will follow no matter how the conditions are. Dogs are best friend of human without any selfish motto. Travel with them and you will find yourself secure while sleeping in way inside car and your dog guarding by default. I did couple of time sleeping or taking power nap on petrol pumps for long route. 🥰

@@awadheshrajsharma1891 average is good for highway 16 around and city 14 but if you ask me I use to fill 1.5 tank for entire month when in Bangalore to go office and home and some weekend mall trips. Service cost at 40000 km is 8k unless you have extra work. I took with 5 years extended warranty or 1,50,000km from Mahindra WithYouHamesha App. Wait for new model coming next year that has BS6 manufactured engines and no modified ones. Don’t buy old as you will get old emission and also people sell when they have problems with car which may be old or used without proper service. Have piece of mind with new Mahindra XUV500 and don’t go top models. Just match and see what is essential for you and usually lowest + 1 above model is best suited.
