Hey, could you please share what audio filter can be used to eliminate/minimize human voice from a video? Low pass / high pass, what frequency to choose?

you can use low pass. There is another method which i use is= Extract the audio. Import it into any audio editing software like Audacity, split the track into stereo and mono. Set the right track to mono and join them. This removes most of the vocal noise of an audio.

@@ProtkarshKumar Hey! I did split stereo to mono, but afterwards, I didn't get what to do. I applied low pass filter on each track separately & merged them into stereo. Voice is reduced but it is still clearly audible.

Usually it is not blurred but if people upload a video of loco footplating or something like that which is usually not allowed commonly in railways then they blur the faces of the loco pilots as they might get into trouble sometime in the future. That's a safety precaution. Otherwise no need to blur faces in normal videos.
