Bhuna Murgh is a popular dish in India, available on most restaurant's menu. In this recipe, a spice mix is made after dry roasting the whole spices, and the chicken is cooked well with these spices. I am cooking Bhuna Murgh or Bhuna Chicken after grilling the chicken in this video. So let's get started with this fantastic dish in my style.

Ingredients:
500 grams of Chicken, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste, 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 250 grams of onion, ginger garlic paste, 100 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of peppercorns, 1/4 tablespoon of cloves, 3 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 1/2 tablespoon of fennel seeds, 1 piece of cinnamon, 6-7 red chilies, 2-3 whole Kashmiri chilies, approx 1/2 cup of tablespoons of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, add salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 quantity of spice mix, 1 tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves(Kasoori Methi), 100 grams of yogurt, add a few chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
(500 ग्राम चिकन, 1 चम्मच काली मिर्च, 1.5 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, 2-3 बड़े चम्मच सोया सॉस, 250 ग्राम प्याज, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, 100 ग्राम दही, 2 बड़े चम्मच धनिया के बीज, 1 बड़ा चम्मच जीरा , 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच काली मिर्च, 1/4 बड़ा चम्मच लौंग, 3 हरी इलायची, 1 काली इलायची, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच सौंफ, 1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी, 6-7 लाल मिर्च, 2-3 साबुत कश्मीरी मिर्च, लगभग 1/2 कप सरसों का तेल, 1 तेज पत्ता, स्वादानुसार नमक, 1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, 1/2 मात्रा मसाला मिश्रण, 1 बड़ा चम्मच सूखी मेथी डालें (कसूरी मेथी), 100 ग्राम दही, कुछ कटा हरा धनिया डालकर गार्निश करें)
