Unbelievable curves ..! never been on this route. Miss the late 90s when I used to, mostly footboarding on 2627, 2622, 2617, 2691, 1301 and 2954 .. today I sit back and show my kids your channel 😀 Thanks

I used to stay at kirloskarwadi :) i used to cycle to the station... Stand on the FOB and just sit there watching the trains ..Koyna express, Maharashtra express, etc .. All ALCO'S back in those days (2005) :) Makes me nostalgic whenever I see this clip from the video 🤭

Enjoyable video. Heard so much about Miraj jn from my cousin. He used to travel by the Meter gauge line in the 70s to Bombay with a train change at Miraj Jn. Perhaps one more at Pune? Coming to this train, whoever runs it - SWR or NR - needs to figure out a way to put back a complete rake of Humsafar coaches back again. Can understand that coaches need repairs and are thus removed, but there should be a time frame in which they are put back.

Pune Solapur RFs like Subham Sakkhare and Central Railway Railfan have covered this Pune Miraj route exclusively for doubling and electrification updates and your 2017 nostalgic video attractions like twin Alcos, Shindwane ghats and Adarki curves are all shaved off their beauty for doubling. I have traveled on Pune to Bangalore in this route when this route metro gauge , during my younger days ... this route was fully steam Loco section and fully single line with semaphore signals ...we used to enjoy the train ride all the way upto Davangere ...then after many years the meter Guage was converted to Broad Guage till Miraj ...v used to change to metro gage at Miraj jn ... Then night travel from Miraj to Davangere ...rich Dvg early next morning at 5 am ... it used to slow ride in this ghat section ...v used to really love this section after Sindvane to Miraj ... now it is fully broad Guage from pune to bengaluru ... now also I travel in same train ie nizamuddin yeshwanpur karnataka sampark kranti exp

Miraj jn is once upon a time famous junction. NG, Miraj to Latur MG, Miraj to HUBLI BG, Miraj to Pune ,Miraj to KOP All 3 gauges in one station
