Great video! I'm actually going there for my exchange next year in January. Any interesting places you would recommend going especially during the winter time?

Thank you! If you go there, you will have a great time for sure. The things in Norway which you definitely should do is: -go to trolltunga and/or preikestolen -go and see the northern light in/around tromsø -do a lot of hikes around Oslo itself -also really cool would be a boattrip to see whales (havent done that unfortunately) if you have more questions, don't hesitate to ask... I'm in love with Norway so hopefully you will be as well! :)

Oooouu. Sounds really exciting. Did you see the northern lights with a specific company guide there or you went free and easy? And Norway, being bloody expensive, how much do you usually spend in a month on average there? Sorry for all the qns haha!

haha It is just exciting :)! I saw the northern light free and easy. However, if I had my driver's license with me I would have driven by car to a better place. Hmmm that's a good question. It true is expensive, however... do your grossery at KIWI or Rema1000, saves money. I think that on average it will cost 1100-1300 euros (depending on which activities you plan). However, after all it's worth it, every euro you spent! You can ask as many questions as you like :)

And what about accommodation? Did you go for the housing options provided by the school?
@dannysch86588 жыл бұрын
I arranged my accomodation via SiO, so that's not the one from the BI. However, it was very good, had beautiful view. It's really easy to arrange, and had no problems at all.

hey :) I'm from Nepal and i'm planning to apply for master in BI Norwegian Business School :) What are your thoughts on this school regarding study? :) Did you face any language barrier ? How was your journey as a whole being an international student :) I hope you reply :)
@dannysch86587 жыл бұрын
Prakriti Pokhrel hey! The level of the university is quite good. They offer a wide range of business related topics. The facilities are just awesome. For me there was no language barrier, norwegians speak english very well. I am still happy that I had chosen BI and Norway, still missing that period!

Danny Sch Danny Sch thank you for your reply :) Besides would you mind telling me what did you studying there ? And talking about how expensive this country is. Is it really hard to survive there or it's just misconception? Did you find any trouble surviving there? :)
@dannysch86587 жыл бұрын
Prakriti Pokhrel no problem haha. I was on exchange for my international business study. So I had some financial subjects but also a negotiations skill course (you can find them described in the video). Uhmmm it is expensive. But if you buy smart (for instance groceries at rema1000 or kiwi) then it is okay. You can survive there easily, just spend your money wisely, like dont drink alcohol at a bar but just drink at the pre-parties which are organized at someone's home :) ! If you do it like that you can save more money for nice trips in norway itself

I am applying to this university as an international student from the US, is it difficult to get accepted?

Zachary Decker , good to hear. I don't think it is difficult. I had to write a motivation letter, which was most important. But if you want it, yoh can definitely make it!
