材料：
3 條香茅
150克 蔥頭子
100克 蒜
150克 花生碎
120克 糖
200克 番茄醬
30克 咖喱粉
20克 英式咖喱粉
2湯匙 蝦米辣
2湯匙 醬油
Ingredients:
3 stalks of lemongrass
150g of shallots
100g of garlic
150g of crushed peanuts
120g of sugar
200g of tomato sauce
30g of curry powder
20g of British curry powder
2 tbsp of spicy shrimp paste
2 tbsp of soy sauce
