Ugh gut issues are awful. I took a long course of very necessary antibiotics last year and my stomach still isn't the same. I think being able to find "trigger foods" and trying to avoid as much as possible and just continuing to eat yogurt everyday helps. I may want to try some of these supplements! 💜

After we had extreme gastro virus (I was hospitalised) I was highly recommended probiotics. I've been taking them every second day and a great improvement! The gut was stripped of all good and bad so th probiotics are helping replenish! 😁 Good luck xxx

you may want to look into SIBO if you still are having gut issues! I noticed my symptoms got worse when I was using ritual symbiotic and the 1up greens because the greens have probiotics as well and too much of the good bacteria can cause gut dysbiosis/sibo

The back acne is most likely from working out often and not washing the set off immediately. It used to happen to me when I was working out a lot. Let us know if that product helps!

Was having trouble getting our baby to sleep in her crib as well, and we decided to get her the floor bed from Amazon, size full, and couldn't be happier. She also loves rolling in there and not bumping to the railing every time she moved. Sad to let her beautiful Nestig Crib go, but the best decision ever🤗🤗❤️

Sub heavy cream for cottage cheese in any recipe! Blend the cottage cheese beforehand and you’ll never know. So much more protein and better for your gut

I like the white chair better cause of the taller back, however white furniture with a toddler and a dog, yikes. If I were you I'd sell your white couch and get something similar in a different color.
