I used to know Bibek in Cambridge, and he was notorious to be very arrogant, ill mannered, too proud, and overall a nasty character. He could not get a PhD, but got a consolation degree MSc. He has not got any significant research publications in economics but because of his association with Pranab Mukherjee, he became the Chairman of The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, but in 2014 he changed his loyalty and joined the BJP and became one of the Adviser to the PM. Rather than doing any research on economics, he started compiling translations of various texts on Hindu religion, nothing original. He took the Bengali translations of Ramayana, Mahabharata and Puranas which were translated from Sanskrit to Bengali and English by the Asiatic Society in early 19th century and Bibek retranslated these from Bengali to English. I doubt whether he knows any Sanskrit much as he could not speak more than two sentences in Sanskrit. He started but he switched to Hindi and English, although he is battling for Sanskrit. That is what he is, a fake soldier.

Even if you are true, don't you think that a person can evolve to be more effective in his society? Also lacking fluency on Sanskrit doesn't deter someone from being a propounder of it. Also being rude to someone who spoke so clearly about the value of a classic language doesn't reflect your meaningful education or degree.
