I love both ways, but Bible journaling gives more time to meditate on the scripture. Also, your work is simply beautiful ❤

Carolyn, this project really came out beautifully. I didn’t think I'd like it as much as your Bible journaling but I like this too just in a different way. I love how you organized each individual day but brought the entire page together thematically. I like the idea, especially in November, of being thankful for God's mercies, strength, etc. and a separate prayer for each. I really like the bright orange stencil butter. You outdid yourself on that page! I agree that when I write Scripture, it is more intense. Writing feels hardwired to my mind and heart which is what I hear you saying. It is difficult to say if I like one more than the other but I think Bible journaling works best for you. I just get the feeling you prefer it. Perhaps a dated journal that gives you more room to display your creative talents. You do a beautiful job in either realm just that the Gratitude Journal didn't leave you the space I feel you needed to fully express yourself. It was a powerful process of gratitude and Scripture writing which did touch my heart, but I so love worshipping the Lord creatively through Bible Journaling. Others really love Scripture writing and it's right for them, and powerful too. Thank you for your encouraging words and prayers they are always a gift to me.
