​@@janetpayne4078I have the New King James Version (NKJV) study bible by Thomas Nelson. It's good for basic study of the Bible but for me, it's not in-depth enough I'm thinking I need a bible encyclopedia to break things down a bit more. It's a heavy book to weighs at least 5 pounds. I also watch above reproach ministry bible study lessons by Jason John Camacho, on KZbin to help me understand the bible and I follow along with my study bible. He is a good teacher of the bible he breaks the verses down good.

I wish my friends would do this :/ They're Christian but they're always so "busy". Sometimes I believe they just don't want to hangout. It's funny that they're not busy enough to talk to each other without me though.

​@GoldFinesse I'm 78 so have had a long life to learn LOTS about Christianity, churchianity, and CHRISTians versus "christians"...who know a lot ABOUT Jesus but do not know Him personally (born again). Those facts have given me comfort in knowing ... I don't waste as much time and sad emotions on folks to whom people and pleasures are 'bigger' than GOD ... L These people, including loved ones/family, caused me soo much depression for many years. (I wasn't saved until mid life.) Note: There's a good book by a biblical counsellor called "When People Are Big and GOD Is Small. The difference is everything.

I am only a young follower of Christ, as I'm 13, I try to surround myself with Christian family and friends as much as I can (Mostly family). if you're not a reader, there's audio it's phenomenal. Would you see there is overwhelming for some people. You can still definitely have some time with God anytime anywhere any place you don't need a desk. You don't need a notebook. He wants your heart. You're mine. He doesn't want your notes.

Hey Camille! Your video was so sweet! I thought it was sooo bright, I had to squint and pull the screen away and adjust the brightness because the light was bright. But then when I pulled up the control panel on my phone to dim to the screen, the screen was already dimmed down. It was your spirit that was illuminating the screen! Hi. In Matthew 6:9-13 Jesus tells the disciples how to pray; start with the Lord's Prayer. Still good advice today. btw, there really isn't a wrong way to pray. :) You're just talking to God as if he's sitting right there with you, because he is. That being said, I still struggle too. When i don't know how, or even want to, read or pray I usually open a Psalm. Try Psalm 23, it's probably somewhat familiar. Blessings.
