I just came across your channel and wow! Thank you so much! The analogy of not learning how to spot counterfeit money, but instead real money, as we are to study what the real Word of God means so that we can know what false teachings mean, was awesome to hear and a great way to relate the message! Great work! I can’t wait to dive deeper into your videos and to study the Word with you!

I really enjoyed the the Bible study. I like how Paul talked about maternal life. In the King James Bible he talks of Titus being a son. Which really shows the closeness that him and Paul shared. Like how Paul pointed out the sins of the people was having and kind of the qualities it takes to be an elder. I think that a lot of those sins that Paul mentioned of the Cretion people can be applied today.

Such a great study! Faith without works seems to be a contested notion in some groups. What stood out to me the most was that you have to know and understand the word to be able to identify false doctrine. Thank you so much for the study!

I love the way you paint broad strokes about the cultural and historical background and then go deep into the textual elements like repetition, opposites, rhetorical phrases and even pausing on the meaning of single apparently simple words. I'm not c Christian, but I really enjoy these Bible study series that you produce. You are a good teacher. Keep up the great work!

A verse I found interesting was verse 15 - to the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact both their minds and consciences are corrupted. Thank you Kaci for this Bible study!

I just started this study with you (little late) but I am so grateful that you are able to be a part of my quiet time! The verses that really spoke to me and that I chose to study in-depth were 15-16. I found it really convicting in the area of my own life and really focusing on the fruit of my life and if It matches what I claim to be (Christian). So good! Thank you Kaci!

Here in Germany the church has a bad reputation (sadly rightly so). Without your video I would find Paul a bit arrogant, to critizise the Greek culture and their Gods. But through your video I have learned, that he doesn't do that for the purpose of elevating the christinas but to help the Greeks and their community (and the reputation of true christinas) in a selfless way. Thank you for that :)

Thank you Kaci, for your insight into this book! My goal for the upcoming year is to write out, word for word, each book of the New Testament, and really dig in deeply as I do. After a busy summer, I decided to go ahead and start a few weeks ago. I'm not staring at the beginning of the New Testament, but just moving through the books as I feel led. I came across your channel about the same time I began this venture and have followed along with you in your studies of Philippians, Galations & James. I was ready to start a new book and since you didn't have another new testament book study, I prayed about where to go next. I considered Ruth, but actually just did a study on Ruth last year and I want to really focus on the New Testament this year. So, I decided to do Titus. I found a Chip Ingram study online for Titus and on Thanksgiving day, got started. THEN.....last night I got a notification that you had a new video. I was amazed (but not!!) at how God works! I didn't know where you were going next, but He did!! Thank you again for taking the time to prepare these studies and guide us through each book. You're a blessing to many!

Rediscovering your content! Just finished Still Single and it spoke to me like nothing else. I feel God stirring a revival in my heart. Very excited to be starting this series; though it seems obvious, the pointing out of Paul comparing himself to a servant obeying his master's authority I think is also him humbling himself before God, Titus and his letter, and that spoke to me.

Chris Rosebrough (Fighting for the Faith) says it best, "Don't have an open mind. Have an open Bible." I definitely have to admit that I have not behaved well lately as my mental health has gone down the drain, and that I am doing a terrible job of being a good Berean and filling myself with Scripture.

That's so crazy, I literally just saw a quote on Twitter that said "It's okay to have an open mind as long as you have an open Bible next to it." Same sort of idea 🙌🏼 I'm sorry to hear about your mental health. Praying God reminds you now of His incredible love for you and that you sense His nearness as you seek Him in Scripture.

Jesus remains at the right hand of the Father until His enemies are made a footstool. the enemies are those who institutionalize Christianity....turning Jesus into a service and church into something to go to via wolves, hirelings and heretics....the one day a week ritualistic worshippers are the daughters of Catholicism, the mother of Harlots! *TRUTH* 1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the TRUTH which is after godliness; II Peter 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. Colossians 3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. I John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the TRUTH in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. On Earth as it is in Heaven Acts 2:38-47; 4:31-37 Pray for a double potion of the unity of Genesis 11:6 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, makes increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again. And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say, Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

Thanks for the interesting study on Titus 1. I really appreciate the historical context which is so important in my full understanding of the word of God! Rather than being corrupted by the "Torah", I think it would be better stated that they were corrupted by the "Oral Torah". Even wikipedia seems to have this right... "According to Rabbinic Judaism, the or Law (Hebrew: תורה שבעל פה‎, she-be-`al peh, lit. " that is on the mouth") represents those laws, statutes, legal interpretations that were not recorded in the Five Books of Moses, the "" (Hebrew: תורה שבכתב‎, she-bi-khtav, lit." It's an interesting parallel to the corruption of the Jewish life under the Pharisees, Scribes, Publicans, Sadducees and Chief Priests, the likes of which Jesus so forcefully rebuked.
