I can tell you have put a LOT of time into your videos. Very good content! I will certainly point people this direction that would prefer the Erasmian pronunciation.

Hello I would like to know when will be able to read a little bit of the Bible?
@AlphawithAngela9 ай бұрын
User Hello, and thank you for your enthusiasm! It's wonderful to hear you're looking forward to reading the Bible in its original language. We introduce scripture passages as soon as possible, tailored to match the learning level of our students. As you continue with the lessons and immerse yourself in the language, you'll gradually be able to understand more and more. While full comprehension of the New Testament will indeed require extensive study and time, you might start recognizing familiar words and phrases quite soon. Remember, every bit of reading contributes to your understanding, so we encourage you to read for a few minutes everyday, even if you don't understand everything at first, just keep reading. Keep up the great work, and your dedication will certainly pay off!

@@AlphawithAngela thank you for your answer. I was too impatient and in the last lesson I could recognize the Bible. It gives me more motivation to follow the course!

Greek word order is flexible. The specific choice of word order can be used to emphasize different parts of the sentence or to achieve a particular poetic or rhetorical effect.
Protip: just like Aleph with Beth, I think you should emphasize minimal pairs and homophones. Like, now that you've taught us κώμη, you should emphasize that it's NOT κόμη...

Thanks for pointing out that I'm not a pro 😄. I had planned to include it, but sadly it got lost among the many other aspects to consider. I'll aim to incorporate more examples of such pairs in future lessons to help clarify these subtleties. Thanks for your feedback!

@@AlphawithAngela "protip" comes from THAT pro!? 😅 But, yeah, I had to pause the video at that part and check, because I did remember that other word...
