Thank you for being bold enough to teach about a subject that is often neglected in churches and twisted among the world. It is a complex battle that so many people, Christians included, war against. Sadly, these sinners are approached harshly with umbrella cliches that turn a person away rather than point them to Jesus our Counselor. It’s so backwards. We need to be sharing God’s hope and lighting more lanterns. Thank you for sharing this lecture publicly, I have been personally blessed by it. May God continue to bless y’all for your obedience and devotion to Him. 🙏🏻 Amen.

Wow! I wish I'd heard this a year ago, I've lost a year of my life to bulimia. I'm a 42 year old mother, I love Jesus, but I'm an idolater - pre occupied with my body size. Why? I feel I have to be a certain size I order to be loved, worthy, accepted.

Wow! Praise God for such an eye opening cermon!! I've been struggling with emotional/binge eating for over 20 years. I've listened to a few cermons over time and read a few books - but this just hit home. I've relistened to some parts multiple times and tooks notes. Now stuff is making sense and most of all it brought me back to the cross. Back to where it all begins fresh and new! Amen!! Blessings!

He has done the best job I’ve ever heard at explaining sinful eating. I wish he would write a book on the subject or at least make the sermon available in print! Thank you!

Wow, this is much needed. This should be a series of talks. I feel there is more to unfold and more to teach and I think that it would be cool if you were to share testimonies of those who recovered.

I need prayers for my Christian brothers and sisters I've separated an eating disorder all my life and my family as well when I was a young girl at 12 years old through 15 I was borderline anorexic then I was normal wait for 5 years and I gained it app to obese again then I lost it then I became baleonic I take laxatives every night and then I eat quite a bit and then of course I go to the gym and I exercise like crazy to get rid of the calories I lived this cycle for most of my life I haven't been able to find any help or spiritual counseling where I live to help me deal with this I know No I need help and prayers I know when I exercise the thoughts in my mind says I have to be number one I have to be perfect I need to get those things out of my head and I need the Christian counseling so bad to deal with all of this and I know it's spiritual as well I've had this problem since I was a kid including my family which didn't make it easy I also have a metabolic condition which is very rare and that interferes with my illness as well and I can get very sick but anyway I need all the prayers I can get I won't give app I'll keep praying to God and I also have a food journal And also I will continue to look at the scriptures But I Do need prayers this is the number one Battle I've been in most of All My Life Thank You so much and God bless
