You said everyone can speak in tongues by faith and with the help of the Holy Spirit,does it mean that everyone is supposed to speak in tongues and those that can’t doesn’t have faith/holyspirit in them

Yes, if you are a believer, you can pray in tongues. And I believe it’s important for us to pray in tongues, because with every other gift (take healing for example), if you decide not to walk in that gift, someone else can - for the good of others and even for your benefit. But no one else can pray in tongues for your personal edification in the magnitude that you need as a believer. Now if you don’t speak in tongues, it doesn’t mean you don’t have the Holy Spirit or faith. Like I said, whether you choose to put it to work depends solely on you. But yes, the Holy Spirit still dwells in you, and you are still very much loved by God.
