Sat at work in my Ambulance 10 hours in to a 12 hour shift.. Physically and emotionally drained... Then I hear this... I have nothing else to say other than thankyou Bicep! I needed this tonight! Wow. Not many artists manage to capture the raw emotion that Bicep does. Firmly entrenched in rave nostalgia and vintage production yet somehow retaining a fresh and unique sound that is timeless. I hear aspects of Aphex Twin and FSOL but I also hear....BICEP ! This is the soundtrack to liberation.
