Is it just me, or did the room audio cut out for a couple of minutes early in the workout? I could still hear the ding though. I've never missed you guy's voice so much during that short time!

how do you build real muscle with weight cardio? and how is this HIIT? in the army when we did HIIT we were out of breath, that's real high intensity interval training. this is just weight training with cardio.
