mine is 14 years old branden: i went to a local agility show in new york and fell for their happy lively nature. i talked to one of the handlers and told me she had a litter of 3 boys ready for a home, i went over to her house met his parents both very happy dogs around 4 years old both of them... i choose the runt and hes 14 still loves to blitz and curl up on my lap at night... i seriously think he got his comedic side from his dad cause he seemed to blitz constantly and drive the mom crazy... bichons are such wonderful dogs they love you tenfold and act like a puppy thru their lives...

I have a Bichon Frise and I love him but he is over hyper. How do I get him to calm down my clingy furry pet? He also suffers separation anxiety

The Velvet Voice try exercising him more, he might not be getting enough energy. Also say no to him when he is getting clingy, show him who’s in charge.

Bichons thrive with walks. My beloved Bichon would get out of our backyard and explore the neighborhood. But once I started taking her on regular walks she stopped doing that.

I have a Bichon but he is very aggressive. I need help. He was my moms but she passed and now my hubby and I took him. He barks aggressively at people always. He is always ready to bite.

We have a video on dog aggression which might be a start..for general information. That suggests aggression is based on nervousness. But you might need to contact a behaviourist if you need very specific help.
