This years New Years address will be awkward 😬 in light of Ukraine 🟨🟦 but imagine an alternative where normal Russia still used the Patriotic Song and a democratically elected president gave it. I'll give an honest review: I mostly fast forwarded the whole thing, since it's all the same rendition, really. Perhaps it could've been better if you could include more snippets of what goes on before and after the anthem. The "Patriotic Song at home on New Year" compilation did the better job with that if you ask me.

Thank you for a honest rewiev! I'm glad that you like my compilations, this one was just a collection of different videos and qualities of the anthem played on TV channels. It was mainly focused on just the anthem. But yeah in the New Year Compilations I wanted to include how they celebrated New Year back then with champagne and listen to the president aswell. I'm again very glad for your support and I will take note for new upcoming videos. And In the end it's just a very fun project with this anthem

You mean Square? it changed to that flag in 1996 Presidental Flag. But I have seen the Russian flag there sometimes but not often.

I've re-evaluated this song. The tune has a certain segment that gets repeated twice (played three times in total), which may feel too repetitive and even putting to sleep. Perhaps this anthem would work best with actual lyrics, but I don't really like the second stanza for being way too Moscow-centric. "Moscow" this and "Moscow" that... like there's nothing else lol
