OMG! I really miss your Cooking with the Dazas show during weekends, early morning in channel 2 in the mid 90's... I was a little kid when I started cooking and it's because you influenced me... A lot of the knowledge I know in cooking is because of you Mr. Daza... you are my favorite and my idol!!! 🤗🤗🤗 I am glad I can still see you cooking... More power and God Bless po!!!

Hi Sir Sandy, bata pa ako, I'm catching up with Del Monte Kitchenomic with Ms. Connie Reyes. You were so cool then. Pero sa totoo lang mas iba kayo ngayon, meron pa kayong "Boom". You are so animated. Kakatuwa.

Actually bicol express came from bus route from bicol to manila. Its jb line which have a tagline bicol express. Story came up when someone cooked a dish which dont know the name then suddenly the bus passed by jb line bicol express. The cook told the name of the dish bicol express

I am Bicolano. You should have asked for other Bicolanos to teach you how to cook authentic laing, and bicol express. I have never seen it cooked with patis or grated coconut. That makes it different and not authentic at all. It sounds tagalog. Also, it is cooked with coconut milk as base together with the meat, and the other ingredients. Not stir fried or with oil. Please do more research on this. My Bicolano roots does not agree with this. The dried gabi leaves is fine. They also cook it fresh. Also most Bicolanos use the "binting dalaga " kind of gabi which has white stalks. Not the one with the red stalks.
